Pfft, Grimgor stomps. Garrosh defeated a similarily looking foe named Cairne with only help, so he couldn't handle Grimgor by himself. In contrast, Grimgor has fought beings the likes Garrosh never saw. Yes, Garrosh is more skilled, but Grimgor's experience and tenacity would wear down the younger Hellscream.
